**At MyBIkePlan we believe in 3 things**: - E-Bikes being an integral part of the future mobility - Monthly payments are demanded - Omni-channel customer experiences are the future. We make E-bikes accessible to all by offering a 100% digital solution for customers to purchase and own an E-Bike, starting at CHF 52 per month. This is done through a 0% financing model over 12 to 48 months. Instead of paying CHF 2,500+, customers can own their very own bike for CHF 52+ per month. Our vision is to become the biggest BNPL E-Commerce platform for E-Bikes in Switzerland and beyond. We are looking for a leader who has experience in marketing, platform design and growth to take the role of Head of Marketing & Platform and lead the entire marketing and design team to success. We have highly ambitious targets and therefore need someone who is hands-on, innovative, a natural leader and ready to make sure we as MyBikePlan have what it takes to get to the next level. We are an almost 3-year-old startup that is 100% bootstrapped and profitable. This means we focus 100% of our time on the customers and people, not on finding investment. Tasks You will play a key role in the success of MyBikePlan. You will be leading the marketing team whilst always thinking about how to develop the process further. **The two major objectives will be**: - Ensuring "best in class marketing activities in all channels " - Making sure we have a "Platform converting machine " **You will be**: - Designing the marketing funnel strategy - Having a strong focus on performance marketing - Leading the marketing & design team (Currently around 3-4 people) - Yearly & Quarterly strategic planning of the operations team and conversion into OKRs. - Setting reporting structure and data evaluation of the pirate method - Evaluation of current channels and optimizing micro and macro conversion rates (best is using the Pirate method) - Evaluation of new potential channels to always keep us innovative in the marketing channels we use and can reach our sales targets. - Strategy on how to optimize our platform conversion rates to improve micro and macro and optimize both to leads and pre-leads. **Your major KPIs will include**: - CAC - Lead to Qualified Lead % - User to Lead % - User to pre-lead % **Requirements**: We don't need someone who has the paper qualifications for this job. We need someone who has the mindset and hustling qualifications for this job. This means we are not looking for someone that has had 20+ experience in this role. We are looking for someone that has experience in the field of E-Commerce, Sales, Operations, Marketing, AND in a leadership position OR is a natural-born leader AND is willing to give it they're all. Someone who is looking for an entrepreneurial working environment as that is that will be expected of you.
