To support our client in Zurich, we are looking for a Head of Marketing (M/F/d) with immediate effect.

**Description**:

- Your mission is to drive and manage the marketing strategy, lead the marketing-team and to implement the planned B2C strategy in the next year.
- You lead the marketing strategy and comply with the company's mission statement and business objectives and optimize the strategy as needed to gain a high impact on our stakeholders.
- You analyze technology and market trends and ensure creative development of the department.
- You acquire highly collaborative, long-lasting partnerships with key stakeholders and external partners, realizing a strong output.
- You are responsible for the social media strategy, you acquire cooperations with influencers and activate other partner channels.
- You oversee and optimize the website, the webshop to attract companies and private customers for our company.
- You lead a rapidly growing team of creative and high performing marketers and designers and take them to the next level with your creative, strategic leadership style.

**Requirements**:

- You have a master’s degree in communication and marketing.
- You have a business experience in of E-Commerce, brand storytelling and content management production.
- You are familiar with Marketing brand management / Team management and bring expertise in Priority / Project management.
- You are a collaborative leader with excellent time management skills who can adapt quickly in a growing environment.
- You are proactive and contribute to the business with creative approaches to problem solving.
- You have excellent written and oral skills in English.
