Tasks

**Your mission**:
As Head of Marketing at Nomoko, you will be part of a growing team with a mission to position Nomoko as the leading digital twin platform company in the world. You will drive Nomoko’s marketing strategy across our product portfolio aiming to excite and inspire our audiences by being the ambassador for our brand and helping to grow our platform’s reach within Switzerland and beyond.

Specifically, you will be responsible for the setting of the high level marketing strategy for product, digital and brand. You will work closely with our CEO and Co-Founder Nilson shaping the company’s brand and thought leadership and bringing it to life for our audiences in relevant and engaging ways.

In this holistic role with manifold tasks, you will make decisions with impact and you will have the freedom to build something great together with an amazing team.

**Requirements**:
**To succeed in this position, you need**:

- A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications
- 6+ years of experience as a senior or manager launching digital products, platforms or marketplaces in a fast-paced, preferably tech startup environment in the DACH region
- Experience in leading and growing teams (in size and in expertise)
- Profound knowledge and experience with brand building and brand communication, experience with category design would be a big plus
- Excellent English and German skills - both spoken and written

Finally, this role requires a passion for innovation, storytelling and branding and a drive to be the ambassador for the company brand and represent it both internally and externally. You make sure to stay on top of big market trends and to engage with industry stakeholders that can help grow our footprint in Switzerland and beyond.
