The Head of Marketing Central Europe (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland) is a pivotal player in delivering On's European brand and business goals, by bringing their years of hands-on strategic thinking, brand building, and leadership experience to On's European Team. This role is responsible for bringing to life On's mission through a performance lens, leading a high-performing team to shape the future of run culture across the region. You will be based in Zurich with some travel in line with business needs.

Your Mission:
- Lead and inspire the Central Marketing Team behind a single vision, foster an inclusive team culture
- Develop and deliver against a seamless consumer-centric Central European Marketing plan, crafting unique initiatives that bring to life On's mission and purpose
- Prepare and manages quarterly and annual budgets for the marketing department
- Ensure On's brand and story is consistently messaged across all channels and aligned with internal Marketing strategies
- Identifies opportunities for On to reach new market segments, communities and expands market share
- Effectively collaborates with internal partners and department heads to align marketing efforts with company strategy and goals
- End to end accountability of the local extension of global GTM, brand, and product campaigns for the Central market
- Manage, analyze, improve and scale mechanics to drive engagement and ROI across our Central business
- Partner with the European and Country market teams to steer, optimise and drive the Central Key Account growth
- Own the strategic framework for On's Key City, Berlin
Your Story:
- 5+ years of experience in a dynamic leadership role and demonstrated skills in establishing and leading diverse high performing teams
- 8+ years of proven experience in progressive brand and marketing roles rooted in digital, with high proficiency in partnering with cross-functional teams - sales, product, brand, retail team
- You are an expert in brand development, brand strategy, and brand direction
- You are a holistic creative strategic thinker who can think big picture and get stuck into the detail, with the ability to distill an idea to its simplest form and communicate effectively
- Strategic mindset accompanying an innovative and creative personality with a strong business acumen
- Ability to stay current and build upon Marketing best practices and trends
- Innovative entrepreneurial attitude, with a hands-on mentality, focused on driving results
- You are hands-on, you make things happen and you are able to deliver end to end
- Fluency in German and English
