As our Head of Marketing you will be responsible for maintaining and accelerating customer growth and retention. Based on your digital marketing knowledge and analysis of available data, you and your cross functional team efficiently manage our performance marketing channels (SEM, SEA, SMM, display etc), organic growth, as well as continuously improve customer funnel and our lifecycle CRM activities.

Tasks
- You are responsible for our customer acquisition and retention strategy and budgets across all performance channels. Together with your team of 9 people you will drive customer onboarding journey as well as customer loyalty.
- With a strong sense of leadership, you will enable your team and take data-driven performance marketing to the next level.
- You will manage multi-channel acquisition setups and use your growth playbook to drive ROAS and CLV.
- You always put the customer first and will guide our CRM activities that lead to high retention and high order frequency.
- You will harness insights generated from audience segment research and performance marketing data to guide creative and channel strategy.
- You will own our audience targeting, paid acquisition, landing page experience and buying funnels, turning a visitor into a first-time customer.
- You understand metrics of all channels and strive to improve them continuously, including cohort and CLV analysis.

**Requirements**:

- You have a minimum of 5 years experience in growth and cross-channel marketing (incl. at least 2 years in a leadership position) gained in the digital sector.
- You love leading and know how to enable as well as develop team members. Your team members are located in Zurich, Lausanne and Berlin.
- You love to set and own ambitious growth targets.
- You are obsessed with data and dashboards and role model a data-driven marketing approach.
- You deeply understand marketing channels and how to set up successful campaigns.
- You are hands-on and detail-oriented with clear understanding on how to prioritize tasks.
- Fluent in English and German (written & spoken).
