How much_**: the expected salary range is 110,000 - 130,000 CHF (dependent on the best overall/skills fit).

**Your day-to-day**
- Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about Liiva and drive qualified traffic to our front door
- Define and manage our content marketing strategy from ground up
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
- Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis
- Coordinate with our external agency to produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
- Collaborate with the Chief Business Officer (CBO), User, Product, and Operations team members to sync all efforts to increase our customer base and continue developing a user centered product
- Report to the management team (CEO & CBO) on the performance of marketing campaigns, OKRs, and work together to develop strategies that align with business goals.
**Requirements**:
- 5+ years experience in marketing, preferably some of this in an early-stage or fast-scaling startup environment
- A passion for identifying target audiences and creatively devising and leading marketing campaigns across channels that engage, educate, and call to action
- Knowledge of website analytics tools, SEO/SEM
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
- Ability to build a mid
- and long-term marketing strategy strategy, and the skills to create strong allies internally and with partners to ensure success
- Interest in leading team members and building a team
- An eye for good design and a love for great copy and authentic communication
