To strengthen our communications and marketing department, we are looking for an outgoing and dedicated leader to help shape our newly established marketing team and work with teammates to implement creative and innovative marketing ideas. In this role, you will be responsible for events and go-to-market action plans. You will support our sales force through goal-oriented sales enablement and be responsible for the global implementation of the marketing plan. The marketing team works closely with colleagues from sales, product management and international marketing when completing these tasks. Does this sound like your dream job? **Your responsibilities**:

- Taking over responsibility for strategic development, conception and implementation of marketing and marketing activities (marketing action plan, customer journeys, campaigns, etc.)
- Developing and implementing central and global marketing strategies
- Carrying out ongoing research into the latest technologies/procedures related to the job
- Creating new and creative marketing concepts to optimize customer experiences
- Working in close cooperation with the international marketing, communications and sales teams
- Acting as first point of contact for stakeholders/partners/agencies
- Handling ongoing financial controlling of the budget

**Your background**:

- Completed education with a focus on marketing, sales, communication or engineering
- At least 7 years of experience in this career field (mix of corporate and agency experience related to industry technology preferred)
- In-depth knowledge of international marketing, event management, lead management, marketing automation, sales enablement and product communication
- Several years of experience in project management, ideally as a manager
- Able to work independently with a proven track record of self-initiative
- Communicative, team-oriented and assertive personality
- Good time management and versatility
- High quality standards
- Fluent written and spoken English
- German language skills are an advantage
- Clear willingness to spend the first three months of the familiarization phase in Eggelsberg and afterwards to be on site for 2 weeks every quarter
