Vp Finance

We are looking for a VP Finance, Zürich who will take ownership of the entire finance function and is able to bring our organisation to the next level.

Tasks
- Head and develop the entire Finance organisation including external accounting firm, FP&A, legal and compliance.
- You professionalize and scale our existing Finance structure further and ensure KPI-driven planning and reporting throughout the entire organisation, everything in order to ensure and prepare the high growth as planned.
- As Part of the leadership team, you participate actively in every strategic decision taken in the company. You are an active sparring partner to the founders.
- You represent Finance in our board meetings and in front of shareholders and other stakeholders.
- You own the financial and due diligence aspects of future finance rounds (starting with Series B) and be the financial face of the company for new investors.
- You act for Locatee AG in Switzerland, as well for Locatee USA Inc. in New York and any future subsidiaries.

**Requirements**:

- 8-10 years of experience in a similar leading role, preferably scaling companies
- Extensive knowledge around raising capital, integrating acquisitions, and overseeing financial strategy & operations for high-growth companies
- Fundraising experience in Series B and further rounds.
- High affinity to technology and software companies
- Leadership and Management experience - you will start your journey off with us with three direct reports
- Represent HR in Leadership Team ad interim
- Experience in typical SAAS metrics and proven mastering of establishing such financial plans
- Strong analytical skills and ability to self organize
- Confident appearance, leadership qualities and stakeholder adjusted communication skills
- Proficiency in English language, German as advantage
- Enjoy working in fastly growing teams with a start-up atmosphere
- Valid Swiss work permit or CH/EU passport
