**The Position**
IO Financial Planning & Reporting is the department responsible for the timely planning, execution and consolidation of the key financial processes across IO, acting as trusted financial partners towards senior management and line of business.

By heading up this team, you get the opportunity to drive impactful financial operations with an international, high performing team having interactions with a broad variety of key stakeholders across the organisation.

The Financial Planning & Reporting Director will be responsible for a variety of activities such as:

- Driving key financial processes including AB, RE, Quarterly/monthly reporting
- Driving finance partnering towards Regions and Senior management as well as strengthening focus towards Therapy Areas
- Joining the IO FP&A Leadership team and securing strong collaboration in all areas with IO Finance organisation, Corporate Finance and GBS
- Responsibility for the IO-SO Office budget
- Representing Novo Nordisk vision, values, commitments in the daily conduct

**Qualifications**

You are an experienced Finance professional, having held several positions within financial planning, strategic finance, or similar areas leading complex, international, cross-functional processes and projects.

You have a solid understanding around large organisations and know how to navigate matrix stakeholder networks. You know how to effectively and persuasively articulate complex issues to key decision makers and understand the needs of the commercial business by analysing multifaceted issues and recommending tactical plans.

The Financial Planning & Reporting Director reports to the VP of IO Financial Planning & Strategic Finance and will join a diverse team of passionate peers anchored within the greater department of Finance & Operations encompassing Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement and Digital, Data & IT.
