- As the Director Group Financial Analysis, you will be part of Sonova's newly established corporate FP&A team, whose main purpose is to support senior management in fulfilling the company’s financial commitments. In this role, you will analyze the group’s results and forecasts and recommend actions to take. In addition, you will be responsible for competition analyses and provide insights into Sonova's performance in the capital markets.**Your tasks**
- Lead the analysis and explanation of results vs. targets, produce insights from data and reports in collaboration with Management Reporting and BU Finance, and support the CFO, Management Board and Board of Directors by providing results analysis
- Establish and execute the monthly performance management processes to ensure the business is meeting its financial commitments and growth agenda (e.g. performance reviews, issues and corrective actions, etc.)
- Provide inputs and ideas to update and improve the relevance of key performance indicators in management reporting
- Analyze rolling forecast, including commentary, risk assessment, and corrective actions, and develop predictive insights with regards to decision making
- Collaborate with the M&A team and business leaders to develop financial cases for acquisitions and joint ventures
- Review and analyze business assumptions and provide a balanced view of opportunities and risks
- Establish and track strategic finance initiatives and investments in collaboration with business units
- Support the CFO and business leaders with ad hoc analysis of markets and company performance to help the company to execute its growth agenda
- Collaborate with other members of the FP&A team on strategic planning, financial planning and cost control

**Your profile**
- University degree in finance and controlling, accounting, business administration or equivalent education
- 10 years of relevant experience in transaction services in a big 4 consulting/auditing company, an investment bank or an international company
- Experience in improving bottom line performance through analysis and insights from self-effected budget and performance processes
- Analytical person with the ability to quickly interpret financial results and the motivation to deep-dive into details if required
- Ability to challenge the business and finance colleagues constructively, make sound recommendations regarding future improvements and drive actions
- Reliable person with excellent presentation skills the ability to maneuver in a multicultural environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to escalate in a conciliatory way and to follow-up persistently to ensure the delivery of feedback
- Ability to lead by example, to influence others without authority and to get things done in ambiguity
- Fluency in English both written and spoken; good knowledge of German is a plus
- Proficiency in the use of common ERP systems, reporting and budgeting tools
