- As the Director Group Financial Planning, you will be part of Sonova's newly established corporate FP&A team, whose main purpose is to support senior management in fulfilling the company’s financial commitments. In your role, you will lead the strategic planning and budget processes with a view to drive the right investment choices in an efficient way. You will also lead the company’s cashflow forecast and networking capital optimization.**Your tasks**
- Define and lead the strategic planning process, coordinate assumptions, oversee the development of scenarios, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to simplify processes

- Support the management reporting team in organizing the process and budget data collection and consolidation
- Support company executives and finance leaders in ensuring an optimized use of financial resource
- Lead the company’s cashflow forecast
- Analyze optimization opportunities and support continuous improvement in NWC and CAPEX in liaison with finance business owners and group controlling
- Support the CFO and business leaders with ad hoc analysis of markets and company performance to help the company to execute its growth agenda
- Collaborate with other members of the FP&A team on analysis of actual results, performance management and monthly rolling forecast
**Your profile**
- University degree in finance and controlling, accounting, business administration or equivalent education
- At least 7 years of relevant business finance and FP&A experience in an international company at the corporate headquarters level, ideally but not necessarily in the MedTech industry
- Experience in improving bottom line performance through analysis and insights from self-effected budget and performance processes
- Analytical person with the ability to quickly interpret financial results and the motivation to deep-dive into details if required
- Ability to challenge the business and finance colleagues constructively, make sound recommendations regarding future improvements and drive actions
- Reliable person with excellent presentation skills the ability to maneuver in a multicultural environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to escalate in a conciliatory way and to follow-up persistently to ensure the delivery of feedback
- Ability to lead by example, to influence others without authority and to get things done in ambiguity
- Fluency in English both written and spoken; good knowledge of German is a plus
- Proficiency in the use of common ERP systems, reporting and budgeting tools
