**Financial Planning and Analysis Cash Leader**:

The Financial Planning & Analysis Cash Leader assumes responsibilities for all strategic & financial analysis, key performance indicators (KPIs), management reporting, and broader financial operating rhythms for the ABB Group related to Cash Flow and Cash Performance management. Reporting to the Head of Business Performance Analysis (Group FP&A), the Financial Planning & Analysis Cash Leader will be an integral part of the Planning and Performance Management (PPM) core ABB process, and the ABB Way Finance Transformation Program. This talent will offer meaningful analysis and financial perspective enabling company-wide value creation, drive standardization and improvement in operational processes.

**Your responsibilities**:

- We are seeking a financial leader with a strong business acumen who has demonstrated excellence in analytics and operational cash management, experienced in establishing actionable visibility and driving improvements in cash processes.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or Business. Master’s a plus.
- Min 10 years of experience in finance and finance leadership roles in international industrial, technology company.
- Must have strong operational finance experience with domain expertise in FP&A and/or operational cash management. Knowledge of and experience in cash planning, reporting and analysis cycles. Demonstrated ability to triangulate financial statements, understand and clearly articulate critical dynamics, link to operational actions to drive improvements.
- Ability to engage with senior and operational level stakeholders across Businesses, Finance, Tax, and Treasury functions.
- Demonstrates the openness and ability to be a Corporate “Servant Leader” who can listen to and interpret the needs of the operating units in ABB and then deliver valuable analysis, metrics, perspective, and processes for these stakeholders on time.
- Understanding of different business models such as flow products, configured solutions, long-cycle projects with world-class margin review processes, service, digital offerings, software, and embedded devices is a plus
- Strong finance acumen and process thinking, ability to deal with ambiguity and use structured approach to problem solving. Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy
- Understanding of ABB financial systems and closing / reporting processes is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly accountable with consistent track record of excellent performance
