**FP&A Operations and Governance Leader**:

As a Financial Planning & Analysis Operations and Governance Leader in Group FP&A, you will be responsible for designing Governance model for Management reporting in ABB; drafting, deploying, and maintaining relevant global policies (Core & Common scope, in collaboration with A&RP and Business finance teams; leading specific projects to improve finance operational efficiency and improving quality of underlying processes. This role will collaborate closely with the Finance Transformation Team and report into the Head of Corporate Business Performance Analysis

**Your responsibilities**:

- Establishing ABB FP&A / Plan to Deliver (including Management reporting) governance framework
- Systematizing, establishing, and maintaining global policies around key areas of financial reporting (management reporting (MR), KPI model, MR Hierarchy, Performance scorecard, standard reporting, allocations, etc.) and analysis in the areas of Operational Income Statement, topline and profitability, Operational cash flow statement and cash management, select areas of balance sheet, cost etc.
- Facilitating and ensuring best practices are leveraged and scaled where applicable, driving strong working relationships with Business Finance community and A&RP
- Participating and leading projects to improve financial processes, analysis, and quality of underlying data
- FP&A / P2D arm into review and approval process for creation of Global CoA and Global Management hierarchies with facilitating impacts on other Management reporting related interfaces, e.g. KPI model and reporting
- Engaging with the Finance Transformation Program workstreams

**Your background**:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in finance roles with university level education in business, finance, economics, accounting or related field.
- Strong finance acumen and process thinking, ability to deal with ambiguity and use structured approach to problem solving. Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience of leading the set-up of global standards and governance, designing processes, and operationalizing those
- Experience of delivering change through projects and continuous improvement initiatives. Project management skillset required
- Understanding of ABB financial systems and closing / reporting processes is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, previous experience working cross-functionally and with variety of stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English
- Ability to engage with senior stakeholders across business finance and country dimensions
- Consistent track record of excellent performance
- Project Management or Financial/Accounting Certification is a plus
