Wir suchen per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung in Zürich für unsere Organisation mit rund 100 Mitarbeitenden in der Schweiz und 100 Mitarbeitenden im Ausland eine/n

Deine Aufgaben
- Übergreifende Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung der finanziellen und operativen Planung und Analyse über die gesamte S-GE
- Verantwortung von Budget
- und Forecasting-Prozess, sowie vertiefte Analysen und Planung von wichtigen Kostenpositionen wie Personalkosten und Projektcontrolling
- Aufbereitung des quartalsweisen Reporting für die Geschäftsleitung und den Verwaltungsrat in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Director Financial Services und der Financial Accounting Manager.
- Prozessverantwortung für die Erstellung und Analyse von nicht finanziellen Zielgrössen (KPI), welchen bei der S-GE eine grosse Bedeutung zukommt
- Mitarbeit bei verschiedenen strategischen und operativen Projekten, mit Fokus auf Datenanalysen und deren Interpretation
- Mitverantwortung für saubere Funktionsweise sowie Weiterentwicklung relevanten IT-Systeme und Anwendungen, insbesondere Microsoft Dynamics 365 F+O und Teile des CRM, in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem internen und externen IT-Team

Dein Profil
- Qualifizierte Ausbildung im Bereich Finanzen mit Fokus auf Controlling / Finanzplanung und Analyse
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Funktion, idealerweise in einem internationalen Umfeld
- Hohe IT-Affinität, sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen (vorteilhaft Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance &
- Operations), sehr gute Excel
- und BI Kenntnisse
- Analytisch-konzeptionell starke Persönlichkeit, mit einer ausgeprägten „hands-on“ Mentalität, Spass am Arbeiten mit Daten
- Integrative, gewinnende Persönlichkeit, Fähigkeit zur Cross-funktionalen Zusammenarbeit
- Exzellente Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
