Responsibilities as a Stratgey Insights & Planning Manager
- Stratgey & Transformation:

- Participate in client service delivery teams in the active execution of engagements, focusing on the people side of change for large scale transformations
- Design and deliver change enablement programs inclusive of stakeholder assessment, impact analysis, org readiness and the development and execution of change plans
- Develop and execute human-centered activities to drive experiences for impacted stakeholders inclusive of persona and journey development
- Design and deliver learning solutions that supports organizational change, concisely communicating ideas through PowerPoint and other documentation while adjusting style and level of details depending on audience
- Partner with business executives, stakeholders and project teams to meet business objectives and help ensure deliverables are completed in a timely manner including articulation of complex issues, structuring clear and concise recommendations to a C-level audience

**Qualifications**:

- 10+ years of management consulting with experience in Change Enablement, Organizational Development, or Human Resource Consulting
- Strong understanding of change enablement principles, methodologies and leading practices with previous experience with large scale organizational change efforts
- High level of proficiency in developing executive level communications/presentations
- Strong decision-making skills and the ability to influence others
- Analytic problem-solving skills, with an ability both to see the big picture and delve into details
- Excellent organization & planning skills
- A combination of strong consulting skills from competitive firms, business experience
- Experience working across different industries and business topics highly preferred
- Ability to develop, shape, and inform hypotheses on key client issues
- Client management experience with VP and C-suite executives
- Experience in developing client relationships and developing new business
- Strong execution and delivery expertise, especially with unstructured projects
- High motivation, good work ethic, maturity, and personal initiative
- Aptitude for and enjoyment of leading and managing teams
- Effective oral and written communication skills that enable personal impact with senior-level decision makers and can generate cross-functional buy-in
- Client service orientation
- Enjoys fast-paced work environments
