- The Head HR Strategy and Employer Branding leads a small team of HR professionals, manages HR strategy, HR governance issues and HR initiatives. She/He also defines and implements employer branding and talent acquisition strategies, integrates sustainability practices and oversees the Young Talents Programs.
- For this new role we are looking for a people-focused leader with a growth mindset and a proven ability to inspire and motivate team members towards achieving strategic objectives. You will be part of the HR leadership team and report to the Chief HR Officer.**What You Will Do**
- lead a small team of experts, providing guidance, support and prioritization of activities
- own processes and methods related to HR strategy and HR initiatives and steer HR aspects of cross-divisional projects. Define HR communication strategy and ensure implementation
- continuously collaborate with Centers of Excellence (CoE), Global People Relations Center (GPRC) and HR Business Partnership to ensure alignment with the HR strategy and adherence to HR governance principles
- define KPIs for HR function and HR workforce and design corresponding data collection and reporting procedures, providing business insights and recommendations
- develop and implement talent acquisition strategy in close collaboration with other HR functions and aligned with business objectives
- define and execute an employer branding strategy to attract and retain top talent, ensure a strong employer brand reputation internally and externally
- ensure the implementation of the company's sustainability strategy within HR, incorporating sustainability practices and initiatives into HR processes and policies
- develop and oversee the Young Talents Programs, including the identification, recruitment and development of young talents to nurture the future talent pipeline (apprenticeships, graduates etc.)
**What You Bring**
- you have experience in leading teams, preferably in a global or multi-country context and you have demonstrated the ability to inspire and motivate team members towards achieving strategic objectives
- you have a proven track record in strategy development and in managing projects/programs and HR aspects of complex projects
- you possess excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including CoEs, HR Operations, and HR Business Partnering and have the ability to align HR initiatives with overall business goals
- you are proficient in defining HR metrics, designing data collection and reporting procedures and in conducting data analysis to derive meaningful insights
- you have a strong strategic mindset with the ability to align HR strategies and initiatives with overall business objectives and are experienced in designing long-term plans and executing them effectively
- you possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and insights to diverse audiences with strong presentation skills to deliver compelling presentations
- you demonstrate the ability to manage change and drive HR transformation efforts in complex organizational settings and you possess the flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs
