Financial Controller

Aufgaben

Controlling-Verantwortung im Marktbereich Asset Management des Unternehmenscontrollings / Verantwortlich für Finanzcontrolling und Datenmanagement / Erstellung monatlicher Reports für verschiedene Fond Strategien und für interne Abteilunge / Mitarbeit bei den Abweichungsanalysen sowie beim operativen Controlling / Mitarbeit bei der quartalsweisen Mandatsabrechnung und den Nachberechnungsprozessen / Budgetierung und Mittelfristplanung im Verantwortungsbereich, Produktkalkulation und bankweiter, interner Leistungsverrechnung / Mitarbeit bei der strategischen Planung wie auch bei der Erstellung von Business Cases zu Kooperationen mit neuen Kundenbanken / Verantwortlich für die Weiterentwicklung des Management-Informationssystems / Mitverantwortlich für die Automatisierung der Finanzabteilung, Optimierung der Finanzprozesse, Tools und Systeme / Ad hoc konzernweite Finanz-Projekte.

Qualifikation

Master oder Bachelor in Betriebswirtschaft / Erfahrung mit dem Financial-Controlling und Daten-Management auf einer internationalen Bank / Erfahrung im Operations
- und Transaction-Controlling / Versiert mit den IT-Anwendungen für das Financial Controlling (u.a. Datenbanken/Cubes) / Verständnis für Prozessmethodik sowie Systemdenken / Analytische Denkweise / Gutes Durchsetzungsvermögen und dienstleistungsorientiertes Denken / Strukturierte und präzise Arbeitsweise und hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein / Zielorientiert mit der Fähigkeit, sich schnell in Geschäfts
- und IT-Prozesse einzuarbeiten / Selbständige, belastbare und pragmatische Persönlichkeit / Microsoft Office, insbesondere Excel / Deutsch und Englisch.
