As our operations and practices continue to expand, we are seeking a Financial Controller to support our growing business.
Tasks
**What You Will Do**:
- Oversee and manage financial and accounting operations for the Company including maintaining records of expenditures and reconciling journey entries.
- Close, prepare and publish monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements including general ledger and cash flow statements.
- Accounts receivable: compute, prepare and send invoices or purchase orders and follow up to ensure there are no payment discrepancies.
- Accounts payable: pay invoices by verifying transaction information, schedule and prepare disbursements after obtaining authorization of payment.
- Set up and perform banking transactions including bank wires and transfers.
- Optimize current financial account processes in coordination with our CFO.
- Drive compliance and quality in all finance related matters.
**Requirements**:
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Degree in accounting or finance and/or CFA qualification
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Fluent in English and German
- Knowledge of international accounting standards (e.g. IFRS)
