YOUR FIELD OF ACTIVITY
- Lead the SPS Global Financial Controlling Project that focuses on the **improvement** of global controlling processes
- Analyze existing controlling processes to identify opportunities for simplification, harmonization, optimization and automation.
- Define together with our highly professional financial system experts and our local controller teams tools and methodologies to exploit those opportunities and implement the improvements.
- Set the path for the harmonizing and improving the efficiency of **controlling structures** as well as unfolding the potential of processes automation
- Lead the further development of the existing financial systems and databases (SQL) for the above-mentioned **financial and IT processes**, including implementation of **SAP **Analytics Cloud

YOUR PROFILE SHOULD IDEALLY SHOW THE FOLLOWING POINTS
- At least 10 years of professional experience in an international and multicultural environment in a similar role
- **Experience in Process automation and Project Management**/managing financial projects
- In-depth knowledge of controlling in the areas of **reporting** and **forecasting**:

- Knowledge of **SAP products such as R/3, S/4 HANA** as well as MS Office (especially Excel)
- Experience with the **SAP Analytics Cloud** would be an important plus
- Fluent **English and German**:

- Strong conceptual thinking as well as analytical abilities
- Structured, organized, and independent work style
- Ability to manage stakeholders on different hierarchical levels
