Aufgaben

As a marketing (rising) star, you will play a significant role in the perception, development and positioning of HeidiPay. You will have a green field ahead of you, which will allow you to bring in and implement your own ideas with much personal responsibility. **Job description**:
You will shape the future growth marketing strategy of HeidiPay in close cooperation with the management.
- You will be able to set your Marketing Budget and manage the same.
- You will be the first point of contact for communication and external media enquiries etc.
- You will work closely with the sales and success team to learn and understand the needs of the respective stakeholders.
- You will use inbound marketing to generate new leads.
- You ensure a positive dialogue with partners and users
- You automate what can be automated and are constantly looking for possible improvements.

Qualifikation
- Completed studies (Uni / FH) or further education in marketing.
- Growth marketing and mindset are not just a buzzword for you
- At least 5 years of professional experience in marketing
- Enjoy content marketing
- Great communication skills in German (native) and English (fluent), French is an advantage
- Curiosity and desire to try new things and to familiarize yourself with new topics
- Experience in FinTech or a similar industry is a big +
