**Digital Marketing Manager, Global**

**The role**:
We are looking for an innovative Performance Marketing Manager (M/F/d). Become part of our global marketing team and play a key role in taking our campaigns to the next level, aiming to achieve our growth objectives.

**Your Mission**:

- Proactively plan, create, and optimize digital campaigns aligned with our marketing goals and measurable KPIs to drive maximum impact and engagement.
- Manage and execute paid campaigns across international channels such as Google and LinkedIn, working closely with field teams to generate traffic, leads, and pipeline growth.
- Continuously monitor competitors and market trends, integrating best practices and insights into campaign planning and execution.
- Collaborate with field, content, brand, and product marketing colleagues to coordinate content efforts and identify gaps, ensuring market-specific strategies for regions such as DACH and the US.
- Efficiently manage the allocated budget and oversee external service providers to ensure cost-effective and high-quality campaign delivery.
- Prepare regular reports on ROI and campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations and conducting team briefings on results and follow-up actions.
- Embrace a test-and-learn approach, continuously experimenting with targeting, placement, messaging, and other variables to optimize campaign effectiveness.

**Your Qualifications**:

- Strong technical understanding of IT products and the purchasing decision processes in B2B environments.
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B digital marketing, including proficiency in SEA, display advertising, retargeting, and social ads. Google certifications are required, and experience in SEO is a plus.
- An analytical mindset with expertise in using common analysis and campaign tools to drive data-driven decisions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent German skills, both written and spoken, along with strong English skills.

**Bonus**:

- Experience from marketing cyber security solutions, you possess strong knowledge of security and a general understanding of networking: WAN, LAN, IT management/operations, and cloud computing. A strong understanding of the cyber security market and networking marketing experience is a plus.
- Experience with leading marketing automation and CRM tools to streamline and enhance campaign performance.
