**Marketing Manager (**Digital, Field Events and Channel Marketing**)**
**Your Mission**
The Marketing Manager for Digital, Field Events and Channel Marketing will be responsible for the execution of our global digital marketing, field events and channel marketing strategy. S/he will be a critical team member responsible for planning and executing marketing activities that generate new leads and get the sales team to convert them to opportunities. This person will be tasked with driving pipeline and brand awareness through direct and through/to channel activities, by identifying and generating opportunities to increase the company’s mindshare and share of wallet.
This person will also work across functions, including corporate marketing, field marketing, product marketing, and sales, to drive an integrated strategy to increase market awareness, create demand, and expand our digital footprint.
**Your Qualifications**
- Minimum 3-5 years of field marketing, demand generation and digital marketing experience in global organisations (SaaS/Security experience a plus)
- Ability to drive execution in collaboration with multiple, geographically dispersed groups
- Experience managing external agencies
- Excellent project management skills with attention to detail and follow up
- Exceptional relationship management skills - experience working with international teams and channel partners
- Comfortable with a fast-moving, sometimes ambiguous, environment
- Able to travel 25-30% of the time
- BA/BS degree in marketing or communications required
**Your Responsibilities**
- Create and execute field direct & channel marketing plan for conferences, events, roundtables, meetups, speaking engagements, virtual events etc. with the purpose of lead generation and brand awareness
- Work with cross functional teams to develop, implement, and measure field marketing programs that build pipeline, support new customer acquisition, and retain existing customers
- Use SFDC to manage leads and report events’ outcomes and leverage the data for ROI and campaign performance conversations with sales
- Ensure field & channel programs are delivered on time, within budget, meeting ROI expectations/forecast
- Execute regional webinars/webcasts (both partner & customer facing)
- Support the evaluation/selection of marketing technology stack, database growth, global demand generation strategic plan, and integrated campaigns to drive MQLs
- Partner closely with sales teams to measure, analyze and report on demand creation activities on sales pipeline
- Work with cross-functional internal teams and external agencies to ensure alignment with marketing goals across key geos
- Co-Develop and execute SEO strategy with external agencies, site architecture optimization and on-page and off-page optimization; manage SEO agency and provide analytics with recommendations for improvement
- Conduct ongoing competitive research to help inform digital strategies
