Constellium’ s business unit Packaging &Automotive Rolled Products (P&ARP) is looking for a Marketing Communications Manager to join a fantastic team. You will report to the Senior Sustainability and Marketing Manager.

**Responsibilities for Marketing Communications Manager**
- Develop and implement marketing and communications campaigns and strategies that will help further organizational goals
- Oversee the creation of marketing and communications collateral to ensure that it is consistent with the organization's brand, including white papers, website copy, and more
- Lead the organization of key external and internal events
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence
- Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing
- Collaborate and support Corporate communications on key external and internal initiatives

**Qualifications and Experience for Marketing Communications Manager**
- You have 5+ years prior experience working in a marketing or communications role
- You have a great track record in designing and executing marketing and communications strategies and campaigns including digital
- You can demonstrate effectiveness in working with agency partners and managing press relations
- You are a hands-on content creator that can ideate, create and distribute content that connects with target audiences
- You have an excellent command of English. Fluent French and/or German are considered an advantage but not essential

**Location & Travel**:

- Zurich preferred (Head of Office for the Business Unit P&ARP. Other locations which can be considered are Paris, Corporate HQ (FR), or Neuf Brisach/ Colmar Plant (FR). We are very flexible in terms of a home office but it is expected that you are regularly present at key sites, which means occasional travel is required. Currently, our policy is that you spend 2 days a week in the office/ on-site.
