Aufgaben

Als Marketing Communication Manager erwartet dich ein vielfältiger Alltag. Du konzipierst und verfasst nicht nur Inhalte, sondern publizierst diese selbständig auf diversen Kanälen. Du arbeitest ebenso eng mit dem Team, wie auch mit externen Partnern zusammen. Zusätzlich bringst du aktiv neue Ideen ein und führst eigene Projekte. Du liebst das Schreiben und Planen
- Du arbeitest im Marketing Team und sorgst für eine zielgruppengerechte Kommunikation
- Du planst, koordinierst und verbesserst kanalübergreifend die Kommunikation
- Du konzipierst und verfasst Inhalte und Beiträge für verschiedene Kanäle (Medienmitteilung, Werbetexte, Newsletter, Website-Texte, Produktbeschreibungen und vieles mehr)
- Du schreibst und koordinierst News, Blogbeiträge, Interviews und publizierst Inhalte
- Die Inhalte der Website werden von dir selbstständig betreut und bewirtschaftet
- In Zusammenarbeit mit Freelancern (Texter, Copywriter) verantwortest und redigierst du Inhalte
- Du bringst aktiv neue Ideen ein und spielst eine wesentliche Rolle bei der Weiterentwicklung aller Kommunikationsmittel

Qualifikation
- Abschluss im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation o. ä. (Uni, FH, HF oder gleichwertige Ausbildung)
- Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalten präzise auszudrücken und zielgruppengerecht für verschiedene Kanäle aufzubereiten
- Praktisches Know-how, mit CMS, CRM, SEO und Social Media
- Freude an organisatorischen Aufgaben, am Planen und Koordinieren
- Deutsch als Muttersprache, sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, Französisch von Vorteil
