**Vacancy**:Global Vice President Marketing & Communications (f/m/x)**: - We are looking for a Global VP Marketing & Communications (f/m/x) for our client based in greater Zurich Area. For this position, the employee in question will work directly for our client. The support, placement and all of our additional services are free of charge for you as the applicant. **Your Responsibilities as** **Global Vice President Marketing & Communications (f/m/x)** - Lead the development of integrated, result-driven marcom plans, including strategies and tactics that increase brands awareness, relevancy, and generate demand, while reflecting local priorities. - Ensure each brand has an ownable positioning strategy that is communicated in consistent manner across all channels and touchpoints. - Leading the planning and implementation of public & press relations and other marcom initiatives targeted at the Group's external stakeholders - Developing a crisis management preparedness program to mitigate potential risks - Working in close collaboration with the Leadership and Human Resources teams to lead the internal communication efforts to create opportunities for the leadership to engage and communicate with their teams - Planning, implementing, and monitoring the Group's offline and online marketing activities and campaigns incl. events, websites, social media, SEO/SEM, demand generation activities, - Support the business developments efforts by providing informatics and research analytics - Manage the marcom budget and work with vendors and agencies, to create/localize marcom activities and develop compelling content and supporting assets **Your Qualification and Skills** - Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Admin., Public Relations, or related field - Free to travel >30% into countries where the company is operating - Fluent in English with exceptional verbal & written communication skills - French and/or Portuguese Language Skills (Major advantage) - Business orientation and demonstrated experience in a similar role - Proficiency in planning, managing, tracking, and measuring demand generation programs that keep stakeholders engaged throughout the funnel - Capability to develop compelling content and master social media and digital communication methods - Extensive experience in managing complex and sensitive issues, incl. ability to anticipate issues and opportunities that may impact on the group - High level of attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously - Excellent interpersonal skills and adept at building relationships with different stakeholders - Highly motivated, well organized, creative and innovative **Our client is offering** - A permanent employment contracts - The possibility to work from home and all over the globe - Phenomenal Package in Base Salary plus Bonus **Have we piqued your interest?
