Your Profile
- Master's (or PhD) in natural sciences, engineering or business administration (ETH, HSG or similar)
- Extensive experience in a management role; those seeking a career change from non-HR disciplines are also welcome
- Engaging personality with vision, creative drive and an affinity for IT
- Excellent communication skills in German and English

Your Responsibilities

As part of our controlled succession planning, we are looking for an entrepreneurial and inspiring personality to take our global HR to the next level as part of a dynamically growing company. You will find an exciting and varied work environment at Sensirion. Your core responsibilities will include talent acquisition, the ongoing development of our corporate culture, digitalization and strategic and conceptual process development. The current job holder, Heiko (VP Human Resources) has explained below what you can expect in the role.

What are the specific tasks?

In addition to the key tasks mentioned above, this job is also about developing an efficient HR organization that takes current trends in all aspects of HR into account. In our fast-growing and dynamic company, you will play an active role in shaping the transformation of a large start-up into a globally active company, and it will be your job to strike a sensible balance between centralizing and decentralizing HR tasks in the world of tomorrow. In this context, you will be responsible for ensuring that our talent management is established at an international level to enable talent to be identified at all locations, then deployed and further developed internationally within the limits stipulated by law.
