Job Description

The LGT Capital Partners’ Human Resources team at the headquarters in Pfäffikon SZ is looking for an experienced, dedicated and motivated Human Resources Assistant to provide high-quality HR services to business stakeholders, management and staff members. The role includes the following tasks:
- Comprehensive administrative support to the senior Human Resources team lead;-
- Process ad-hoc employee and stakeholder requests;- Draft reference letters and contractual documents in German and English;- Responsible for the joiners and leavers process including the onboarding of new employees;- Obtain work and residence permits for new joiners;- Support the relocation process for new joiners and staff members;- Data entry and data maintenance in HR tools;- Create and analyze reports;- Participate in HR projects in close cooperation with HR team lead.

**Requirements**:
- Commercial apprenticeship (KV), high school diploma or bachelor’s degree;- Further education or certification in HR administration is an advantage;- Relevant working experience in a similar function in an international environment, ideally within the financial industry;- Strong working knowledge of MS Office, knowledge of Workday is a plus;- Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken;- Pleasant and well-balanced team player;- Personality who enjoys representing administrative HR tasks and with a strong service orientation;- Trustworthy, discreet and self-dependent personality with an accurate and diligent working style.
