We are looking for a world-class marketer to support in-market sales activities across Plume's EMEA Channel and Direct Sales teams. The EMEA Senior Customer Marketing Manager works hand-in-hand with the Director, Customer Marketing and in collaboration with key partners to align marketing efforts to local sales needs and plans, in order to build awareness, conversion and advocacy of key marketing programs within Plume's European customer base. Fundamental to the role will be aligning with local Sales teams and Plume Marketing leads in order to drive the marketing strategy and support pipeline success. You'll play an influential role in the conception and execution of localized programs supporting Marketing strategy for pipeline growth, tailoring these efforts to local opportunities and needs, offering insights and analytics on performance, and working across Marketing teams and partners in order to develop a full-funnel view.

**What You Will Do**:

- Partner closely with customer success and sales leads to serve as the key Marketing business partner to achieve desired growth.
- Drive demand generation, cross-sell and awareness programs that meet local needs with potential to scale horizontally.
- Balance a two-motion strategy of supporting high-touch activities for top accounts with scale motions to support the full sales business.
- Work closely with the digital marketing team to ensure that investments are aligned with scale campaigns in the market and to provide guidance on investment decisions.
- Help drive segmentation analysis and identify segments of opportunity working with Sales Operations and Marketing Operations teams.
- Work collaboratively with extended Marketing groups to conceive and execute activities as part of an integrated customer marketing plan.
- Drive the creation of localized narratives based on regional needs and perspectives. Own and manage these over time as part of the strategy for branched content.
- Conceive and execute local events including webinars, trade shows, customer advisory boards and bespoke, high-touch customer events in partnership with the Senior Events Manager.
- Communicate effectively and lead communications to key partners across the business in Marketing and Sales.
- Use insights and customer intelligence to implement end-to-end (plan, test, complete, measure and refine) programs and deliver remarkable results.

**What You Will Bring**:

- 5 - 8 years Marketing or Sales experience in a role leading multi-channel Marketing campaigns with 3+ years' experience partnering across Sales and Marketing to deliver results. Successful sales experience preferred.
- Successful examples of running in-person and/or virtual events at multiple scales: small (5 - 12 people) up to several hundred.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business and sales models.
- Strong understanding of demand generation and a track record of owning campaigns and driving success.
- Ability to create and present business plans and results to Marketing and Sales leadership teams.
- Ownership mentality and proven ability to meet deadlines, work collaboratively with others, and ensure high quality deliverables.
- Highly self-motivated, proactive, and great at anticipating what's needed. Works well in a high-growth environment that is constantly changing.
- Ability to onboard in a virtual environment, be highly productive working from home.
- Strong communication skills and a proven collaboration approach.
- English fluency required. French, German, Spanish, Italian and/or Portuguese language skills are a plus.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% if necessary.
- Bachelor's degree or equival
