- To strengthen our Corporate Marketing team in Zurich/Switzerland we are looking for a person committed to making a difference in Strategic Marketing and increasing Customer Understanding by developing strategic marketing capabilities.-
**STRATEGIC & CUSTOMER CENTRIC MAKRETING MANAGER (M/F/D) 100%**

**Exciting Challenges**
- Develop with Head of Marketing and Heads of Target Markets frameworks related to customer segmentation, customer profiling and product positioning
- Provide insights for tactical marketing and marketing technology based on data / research findings
- Coordinate the assessment and monitoring of relevant intelligence from existing platforms (e.g.: social listening, e-learning, website, CRM)
- Develop primary market research program, evaluate partners and coordinate partners throughout the research process
- Consolidate findings and establish regular documentation and reports for group management
- Develop and execute in-house research for corporate purposes
- Train and advise local organization in the implementation of in-house research

**We Need Your Skills**
- Experience with analytics / research software, BI and data visualizations tools. Any degree or specialization in analytics and market research is a plus
- Solid analytics background to organize and consolidate data from different sources
- Ability to transform data into insights and advise on findings
- Entrepreneurial spirit with problem-solver mentality and ability to manage various projects and requests simultaneously in a multi-cultural environment
