Zühlke invites you to experience the work of an innovation consultant live. An internship at Zühlke is not a typical internship. You are a full-fledged member of our project teams.

**Your tasks.**
- You will work in a consulting team directly on our client projects with a focus on Customer Experience, Service Design and Business Innovation.
- In interdisciplinary teams, you contribute to the solution of complex problems of our customers by developing ideas with us and our customers, testing them and developing real investment opportunities based on validated fundamentals or accompanying our customers in organizational transformation topics.
- You support the preparation and execution of innovation workshops with state-of-the-art methods, define hypotheses, create analyses and customer presentations.
- You will help us with the creation of commercial offers and with the maintenance of our customer contacts (e.g. coordination and organization of touchpoints).

**Your talent.**
- You have a degree, ideally in the field of business innovation respectively in the topics of design thinking and customer experience.
- You bring first practical experience (e.g. in the context of some relevant internships) and feel comfortable working with innovation frameworks and new work models.
- You have a good business understanding and are open-minded regarding different industries and companies - from startups to multinationals.
- You think in a solution-oriented way, have good communication skills and are quick on the uptake.
- You have a passion for innovation and a willingness to perform.

**Duration**: 6 months
