Intern - Group Innovation

You will be introduced to a broad spectrum of topics while working on several priorities in close collaboration with many team members in a truly international environment.

The role provides a great opportunity to collaborate closely with many experts, while being empowered to bring in and present own ideas.

**What you will do**
- Support the implementation and execution of the largest Global Innovation Challenge in the Insurance Industry
- Support the scouting of global insurtech start ups
- Contribute to overall innovation activities
- Collaborate with a global team of innovation experts
- Facilitate cross-border incubation activities
- Actively participate in innovation Hackathons, Design Thinking Workshops and Innovation Research Projects
- Conduct research on digital trends and prepare findings in presentations (in powerpoint or word) for senior stakeholders
- Hands-on work in operational tasks related to Innovation
- Work closely with partners, suppliers and startups to actively drive the assigned projects / workstreams.

**What you bring**
- Bachelor's or Master’s Degree related to innovation management, general business, business development, international affairs or similar
- Excellent PowerPoint skills and openness to explore different MS tools
- Business fluent in English
- Gained first experience in working in innovation and / business development / product strategy teams or a start up
- A team-oriented talent and a strong communicator, able to work in a dynamic and everchanging environment
- First Experience working independently and owning initiatives with cross-functional stakeholders from start to finish
- Strong sense for entrepreneurship and making things happen
- Passionate about innovation, digitalization, tech trends and interested in the world of start ups
- Curiosity in how to better utilise data to craft more optimal user experiences
- Given the current situation, we might offer this job opportunity virtually. Key stakeholders are based in Zurich, Switzerland
- Given the current travel restrictions you must be located in Switzerland or able to travel and base yourself in Switzerland for the duration of the working student contract.
