Assist the investment and operations teams in their daily tasks. We offer an exciting opportunity to have a first experience in the investment industry, by working closely with both investment and operations professionals.

Mission
**Job description and Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the hedge fund team in their tasks
- Insert data into our systems on a regular basis for performance and assets under management reporting
- Help the investment team with analysis reports, including quantitative analysis
- Update recurring marketing documents
- Opening securities in our systems for new investments
- Bring up new ideas on how to rationalize and automatize existing processes
- Manage the mailboxes for alternative funds
- Possibility to sit in investment meetings

Profil
**Academic Profile and Professional Experience**:

- At least 4 semesters of a Bachelor’s degree completed
- A first intern experience in finance is a plus

**Soft Skills Required**:

- Open and persuasive personality with strong communication skills
- Enthusiastic team player and positive personality
- Flexibility, proactive approach, sense of responsibility and perseverance
- A dedicated and enthusiastic work ethic with a result-oriented mind set
- Strong attention to detail

**IT Skills and Languages Requirements**:

- French and English
- Excellent knowledge of Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- Programming skills in VBA required (other programming languages a plus)
