About the job- Ensuring duplicate ideas are closed- Reviewing ideas with stakeholders- Communicating with submitters for more information as required- Working with stakeholders and GCCS on idea feasibility, providing data and supporting on business case development as required- Keeping submitters updated on the status of their idea- Informing Trainers & Managers when an Idea is actually a training opportunity- Working with the Knowledge Base expert to publish articles on successfully deployed ideas- Looking for improvements to the platform itself

About you

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
- At least 2 years of experience in Customer or client Service and 1-2 year of experience in project management- Excellent English proficiency and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization- University degree, preferably in IT, Business Management or similar- Customer, client and end-user centric mindset- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills- Innovative and creative approach whenever possible and can-do attitude- Change management experience is a nice-to-have- Experience in ServiceNow/Sprinkler/Power Front/SAP/Hybris/Office Suite (including Visio) is a nice-to-have
