We are looking for a passionate and talented Customer Success intern to help us deliver the best customer experience.

About You

As a Customer Success Intern, you will help the customer success team provide the best in class customer experience. You are the front line contact for our customers accessing their All-in-one services. Proactively reach out to customers to make sure they have a safe and enjoyable drive. Bring up ideas to improve processes and help your team become more efficient.

Tasks
- Provide support to Gowago customers. You’ll be an expert about gowago services and help customers access them efficiently.
- Keep track of open tickets and make sure they are taken care of in a timely manner.
- Organise service and tyre appointments for customers at partner garages.
- Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve the customer experience.
- Process insurance & warranty claims with our partners.
- Proactively reach customer
- Help your team with client retention goals and promote the value of the gowago services.

**Requirements**:
The Must-Haves
- A great problem solver who understands people and their situations.
- You are an open, transparent and trustworthy person. You have a communicative personality.
- Great prioritisation and organisational skills
- Full proficiency in English & German. French or Italian is a strong plus.

The Nice-to-Haves
- Customer success or support experience
- Experience working with a CRM (Ideally Hubspot)
