**Your role**
We’re looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Customer Success Manager, who will be participating in the successful development of our existing customers from their onboarding onwards. You will join a fast growing and international team and work within the existing Swiss Customer Success Team.

**Responsibilities**
- You’re in charge of your own customer portfolio, taking care of the entire customer lifecycle from the onboarding onwards
- You’re in charge of setting up customer accounts and onboarding new customers on PriceHubble solutions
- You’re proactively keeping a close relationship with the customers you’re in charge of, with frequent touchpoints
- Be the first line of support for inquiries from existing customers in your portfolio
- Keep your CRM laser sharp and up to date
**Requirements**:
- Prior experience ( 1 to 3 years ) in CSM or account manager position (inc. internship)
- You are used to handling accounts with many users ( low touch clients ) and know how to automate repetitive tasks and take actions based on consumption/usage data
- You have a great command of French and English (spoken and written), German is a plus
- You thrive in a startup environment, and are a team player
- You have a keen interest in real estate, the software world and new technologies (AI, Big Data...)
