Customer Success Manager

**Your Role**
Become a key player in our team as a Customer Success Manager, dedicated to delivering outstanding operational services to our strategic customers. Your role will revolve around ensuring a seamless customer experience, with a focus on client engagement, service management, financial health, and product utilization.
As a Customer Success Manager, you will conduct regular customer-facing service reviews, track contractual SLA attainment, and enhance customer awareness of organizational changes. If you're enthusiastic about fostering strong relationships, ensuring customer success, and driving continuous improvement, we invite you to join our team as a Customer Success Manager.
**Your Profile**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering or a related field or equivalent work experience in customer relationship
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a customer facing roles in a service company, preferably in a data centre, IT or telecomuniation company
- Experience with Service Management, preferably of more complex international customers
- Fluent in German & English
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a proactive way of working
- Self-motivated and passionate for service excellence and customer focused
- Demonstrates integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to simplify and process complex issues
