**This position reports to**:
MOSE Energy Efficiency Program Manager
**Your responsibilities**:
- Perform active market and business development in line with the division energy efficiency strategy.
- Support the team for partnerships and M&A activities as required for energy efficiency solutions.
- Support LSUs to tailor our energy efficiency solution to meet the specific requirements in line with local regulatory aspects and preferences of local markets.
- Support LSUs to growth and ensure customer success, finding and creating new business opportunities aligned with our portfolio.
- Support of sustainable deployment of the countries specific plans is an integral part of the responsibility.
- Foster cross-functional and cross divisional collaboration to align and support execution of localization strategies.
- Present energy efficiency topics at events and seminars as required.
**Your background**:
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in market and business development with analysis in energy efficiency or related sectors.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong understanding of energy efficiency products, services, and market trends for electric motor driven systems.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and business needs, with the resilience to manage challenges and uncertainties.
- Strong customer orientation with experience in identifying and responding to customer needs.
- Ability to influence key stakeholders, building and maintaining strong relationship, especially in the local sales organizations.
- Excellent communications and collaboration skills, with a talent for working across cultures and functional teams.
