Customer Experience and Service Contracts Manager

A key player in the international automotive industry, is currently seeking a dedicated professional to join their team as Customer Experience and Service Contracts Manager.
In this role, you will be responsible for fostering customer loyalty within the aftersales division and developing effective communication strategies for Customer Relationship Management. Working closely with the Marketing team, you will implement communication campaigns and digital projects designed to elevate customer satisfaction.
**Tasks**:
- Enhance customer loyalty in the aftersales division.
- Develop effective communication strategies for Customer Relationship Management.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to execute communication campaigns.
- Implement digital projects to improve customer satisfaction.
- Promote service contracts including maintenance agreements.
- Create attractive dealer incentives for service contracts.
- Manage key accounts for fleet customers in the aftersales sector.
You bring:
- Business background with additional qualifications in Marketing/Business Administration.
- Experience in online marketing, preferably in automotive Aftersales.
- Proficient in project management.
- Skilled in IT tools: MS Office, Sharepoint, Salesforce, SAP.
- Native-level German, excellent English, French a plus.
