The Strategic Accounts Group is SIX Financial Information’s client programme that focuses on the account management and business development of our largest global clients. With the objective of growing SIX Financial Information’s footprint across the account, the program’s foundation is based on developing a comprehensive understanding of the client strategy in order to align SIX Financials products and solutions. Cultivating deep and broad senior networks across the client is essential to success. As the Strategic Account Manager (SAM), you will be responsible for leading and managing the global account activities and business development across a defined group of clients. The role of the SAM revolves around understanding the customer needs and aligning internal capabilities to service these requirements.

**What you will do**:

- setting the SIX Financial Information account strategy to promote service adoption that is aligned to the client’s global strategy
- deepening and broadening the global client network, identifying new customer contacts including C-level and senior business stakeholders
- articulating the strategic vision and product offerings of SIX Financial Information to senior client stakeholders
- acting as a single point of contact for the client, navigating SIX Financial Information into new business operations and geographies to establish longer term growth opportunities
- orchestrating the required internal resources globally and directing local sales professionals with their client engagement
- acting as the voice of the client with internal stakeholders, providing direction on product development and legal and commercial approaches

**What you bring**:

- minimum of 7+ years related sales / business development experience managing global clients, with a deep understanding of the customer landscape within the Financial Services sector
- history of successfully developing and maintaining senior client relationships
- ability to influence and lead internal stakeholders to deliver against priorities
- proactive in thinking ahead of the market dynamics and future requirements that will impact both the client and SIX Financial Information
- independent initiator with strong self-management abilities and excellent virtual leadership flair
