Are you passionate about paid performance marketing in social media (FB, IG, TT) channels and have a true ‘scale this channel to the max’ mindset? Do you have a strong understanding in ecommerce, paid performance, creatives testing and scaling of paid SoMe channels? Are you driven by optimising KPIs and do you want to own a substantial part of our paid performance? Tasks How you can contribute to yamo - Scale Facebook/Instagram, TikTok paid performance in Europe, be the true owner of the channels. - Own ad creatives process for paid performance channels from research, briefing agencies, graphic designers, copywriters to testing and improving. - Implement tracking for performance channels on the website via GTM (if needed). - Plan & analyze and report the performance of your channels, work with data, run various tests on the channels in order to improve the performance and bring more sales. - Look for new opportunities in paid performance channels & test it. - Support D2C team in paid performance channels testing, scaling. **Requirements**: What sets you up for success - You have a growth and entrepreneurial mindset. - You are an expert of paid performance on Facebook/Instagram with at least 2 years of experience. - You know the difference between FB/IG performance and what works on TikTok paid performance. - You have a proven record of scaling e-commerce businesses via Facebook/Instagram & TikTok channels. - You have managed >100k budget per month on Facebook/Instagram. - You are familiar with the GAds platform and have run different campaigns there. - You are a dynamic individual, who finds new ways to increase the popularity of yamo even more and bring solutions to the table. - Nothing is impossible You have a can-do attitude and are always finding ways to accomplish your goals. - You are self-driven and always have a customer-centric approach. - Fluent in English and have a good level of German. **Benefits**: What you will love about us - Continuous Growth: Limitless opportunities for learning and development; you alone decide how far this goes for you - Impactful change: The chance to play a decisive role in shaping yamo’s future & responsibility from day one - Flexibility: BYOD, flexible working hours and Mondays and Fridays as Work from Home Days - Events and Engagement: Did we mention our APYs?
