Marketing at Ledgy is highly revenue-focused, and our task now is to make the marketing machine repeatable and set our processes up to scale. As **Performance Marketing Lead** at Ledgy, your mission is to define and own our performance marketing strategy, managing our performance marketing channels across search, social, display, and retargeting. **In your new role, you will**: - Define the KPIs for performance marketing, and set up the infrastructure to report on performance marketing activity to the wider business - Identify top-performing platforms and channels, and optimise the lead capture journey from ad to website - Budget tracking: ensure we know what we're spending, and where best to spend it in future - Capture data-driven insights from performance campaigns that create signals for our marketing and broader commercial functions - Decide what work to outsource, and what to bring in-house - Working alongside product and content marketing, develop a segmentation plan that allows us to target key personas, in distinct geographies, across sectors - Establish a culture of testing and optimization in performance marketing and help marketing run more tests **The job is a good fit if you**: - Have 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience managing performance and/or growth marketing at a scaling startup, preferably in a B2B context - Are proud of the work you've done with Google & LinkedIn Ads - Are very familiar with Google Analytics, Hubspot and Excel; knowledge of Looker, SQL, Segment and Big Query are positives - Enjoy running tests and playing with optimizations across campaigns and geographies - Look forward to playing a key role on a high-performance team, with the potential to build a performance and growth function over time - Are part scientist , part artist and a forever curious learner - Don't forget to have fun while juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment ️ **Being part of Ledgy means to** - See "the whole journey" and be one of the first team members of a company that scales from Switzerland to be the major player in Europe and globally - Work with a passionate team with diverse interests such as the outdoors ️, meditation, and space exploration - Have a chance to get to know the startup world and it's leaders inside and out - Have flexible working hours, be able to work remotely, and benefit from 25 days of vacation - Get stock options to become an owner of Ledgy yourself - Take part in company off-sites and in optional regular team activities all this to create a fun and productive working environment where personal hobbies and projects have enough space as well.
