Our vision at Bring Labs is to simplify daily shopping for people around the world. Our “Bring” and “Profital” apps are used in millions of households to organize daily shopping, discover new delicious recipes and find the best local deals. Bring Labs is a well established software company from Switzerland with offices in Zurich, Basel and Berlin. We help our partners from FMCG and retail to reach out to their existing and future customers by providing the most relevant advertising platform to showcase and promote their products at the right time: during the planning and execution of their household shopping.

**Responsibilities**:
As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will have the exciting opportunity to take the lead on social media performance marketing for Bring and Profital apps. You will independently plan, execute, and evaluate campaigns, while testing new channels to drive user growth. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Designing, implementing, and optimizing install, re-engagement, and branding campaigns
- Collaborating closely with the marketing and product teams
- Creating reports and analyses with corresponding budget management
- Identifying trends and developments in social media and app marketing
- Analyzing performance of marketing campaigns based on defined KPIs, and implementing appropriate measures
- Developing and implementing A/B testing

**Requirements**:
You are passionate about app marketing and enjoy using data-driven performance campaigns to sustainably increase growth. We are looking for a reliable, interested, and innovative individual to join our team. Therefore you are the perfect match if you have:

- At least 1-2 years of experience in performance marketing
- Proficient in using Meta Businessmanager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Twitter Ads Manager
- In-depth knowledge of data analysis with analytical tools such as Appsflyer and Google Analytics
- Strong analytical skills, creativity, and innovative thinking and acting
- Quick perception and independent working style
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Completed education/training and in-depth knowledge in the field of online marketing
- Experience in the field of SEA is a plus
