**Your role**

Are you passionate about managing a portfolio of investment initiatives? Do you have a flair for program management tasks like reporting, content challenge and tracking? Do you have a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, like numbers and enjoy working as part of a dynamic project team?

We're looking for a GCRG Change Portfolio Manager to:

- do the managing and tracking of the GCRG Investment portfolio including close collaboration with all involved stakeholders
- assess new and existing business cases along their whole lifecycle in regard to content, budget, benefits and timely delivery
- support business case development by partnering with stakeholders from all GCRG functions
- collaborate closely with stakeholders in CDIO, Finance and other Group functions (e.g. CTO)

You will be part of the GCRG (Group Compliance, Regulatory and Governance) Portfolio Management Team, which is a central function to facilitate and manage the investment portfolio of in GCRG.

**Your expertise**
- ideally 5+ years of working experience in a PMO / program management environment in the Financial Services industry
- flair for numbers and good communication skills
- experience in stakeholder management and virtual setups
- knowledge about Agile project management methodology
- action driven and able to work independently
- fluency in English (German or other language skills are a plus)
