Reporting to the GPG Manager Switches & Fusegear - Smart Power Division, you will be accountable for the mid-long-term profitable growth of the offering enabled by a strong, segmentation-based portfolio strategy.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Leading a highly competent and experienced team of product management professionals located globally along the ABB offices.
- Further developing the talents of the team and driving a culture of entrepreneurship, curiosity, and collaboration-based product management.
- Creating and maintaining a portfolio strategy together with the team that ensures the continuation of market leadership of the GPG in the global markets it serves.
- Establishment of strategic partnerships and innovation programs to continue to drive the low voltage switching markets towards more sustainable and connected solutions.
- Continuous roadmap prioritization to ensure that the right investments are done at the right time and relentless analysis of released products to achieve the set pay-back targets.
- Co-operating with and steering the sales and market development teams to the right market segments according to the set product strategies. Delivering product training and sales enablement programs to increase portfolio adoption.
- Co-ordinating and collaborating across product groups and other divisions to align on portfolio development plans for maximum value creation.

**Your background**:

- Master’s Degree from a relevant field of expertise.
- 10+ years’ experience in a business-to-business environment, preferably with international experience within product or portfolio management, technical sales and/or product marketing.
- Proven track record in customer value creation, market segmentation and ability to create competitive advantage by strategic choices.
- Understanding of electrical engineering and/or low voltage power distribution is considered an advantage.
Excellent networking skills, “leading by influence”
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Availability to travel internationally as required.
