- We’re looking for an Agile Coach for the GCRG Business department to:
- Drive and embed Business Agility in and across teams
- Enable people and teams to achieve their goals and improve performance using various agile techniques
- Work together with individuals and teams across the organization to foster growth in agility and scale business agile from the team to the program/portfolio level
- Build strong working relationships and trust to guide individuals in their personal development that can enhance the team
- Run, develop and lead training courses and workshops to improve understanding of Business Agility in the whole organization
- Develop and drive agile communities in the topics agile, culture and leadership

**Your team**
- You’ll be working in the Business Management & Agile Strategy Team as part of the Group Compliance, Regulatory & Governance (GCRG) Transformation, supporting the Head GCRG Transformation, Group Governance and Compliance & Operational Risk Control (C&ORC) and Head GCRG Agile Competence Center, located in Zurich.

**Your expertise**
- experience in working as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, Flow Manager or similar relevant roles
- experienced in training teams in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean with special interest in role based trainings like Scrum Master, Product Owner, Kanban Flow manager etc.
- Ability to oversee multiple projects and coach 3-6 teams on different levels of Agile maturity
- Strong servant leader who can garner respect from individuals, puts their needs first, and with a strong attitude of transparency
- Ability to communicate effectively well within team, across teams and in larger community of practice, facilitate difficult discussions and agile ceremonies
- Assertive, to ensure that Agile principles are adhered to while being pragmatic about practices
- Enthusiastic and engaging, to be a source of motivation for individuals and teams and able to lead teams to self-organization
- A strong sense of continuous improvement to continually be growing once’s own craft, learning new tools and sharing techniques across community
