As an Agile Coach you are part of our HR team and are going to collaborate with all levels within our organization. You can be yourself with us regardless of your gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, age or disability. - Create and improve our agile processes and train our employees in regard of agile working and mindset - Understand where the different teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Data and Engineering) are in their journey and offer the right approach to support their growth - Introduce agile toolkits - Develop, organise and implement target group-specific internal trainings - Act as a sparring partner for our project managers to support the successful agile implementation of large strategic projects and initiatives - Experience as an Agile Coach (certification is a plus) - Skills to adapt agile models to specific cultures - Self-initiative, courage and pragmatism to identify and overcome obstacles - A passion for learning and continuous improvement and train others - Emphatic personality with ?can do" attitude as well as analytical, conceptual and planning skills - Excellent listening and communication capabilities in English, German/French beneficial - Home office possibilities - Flexible working hours - Attractive working conditions & benefits - Motivated, dedicated and fun teams - The freedom to implement your own ideas - A - unique corporate culture - A helpful and open environment - The most modern offices in the city of Zurich
