We are looking for an Initiative Manager to drive the success of the Anti-Money Laundering Transaction Monitoring (AML TM) Product within the GCRG (Group Compliance and Regulatory Governance) Stream of Group Functions CDIO.

**In your role you will**:

- manage and coordinate aspects of complex large-scale (cross stream) initiatives such as those driven by the UBS Business Divisions as they impact the AML TM Agile Crew including triage / impact assessment of new initiatives, planning, execution, issue identification reporting to ensure full transparency and collaboration
- resolution of cross-stream dependencies via alignment with Stream / Crew leads to facilitate prioritization via the respective Stream or Crew's Agile ceremonies
- manage and coordinate aspects of our Crew driven objectives where there are dependencies on other Crews in the GCRG stream (e.g., Implementation of A.I. Transaction Monitoring models)
- ongoing management of senior stakeholders and clients, by leading the Crew's contribution to existing stakeholder update and management forums which include the Financial Crime Prevention Change Forum, TM Change Forum and Stream level Agile ceremonies and drive improvements to these communication channels as we progress on the Agile transformation
- support and drive effective risk management by playing an active role in Crew level risk and issue recording, mitigation, and management when it relates to respective initiatives being overseen as part of the role
- support the AML Crew Product Lead (CPL) and Crew Technical Lead (CTL) with the maintenance of the Digital Product Roadmap and ensure ongoing alignment with the Pod level product roadmaps

Description du profil
- 5 + years with a successful track record in managing complex, large scale, cross divisional Initiatives or Programs
- team player with an enthusiastic and proactive personality, a true agile mindset and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- strong active listening, communication and presentation skills and the ability to build networks and partnerships at all levels within the organization
- able to bring together multiple senior stakeholders and drive decision making
- strong ability to prioritize and multi-task
- experience with Agile Way of Working
- good understanding of operational processes within the Compliance and Financial Crime Prevention area preferably within the Financial Services industry would be very beneficial
