**Your role**
- Are you a project manager willing to contribute in large integration programs? Do you want to join the GOTO GF GCRG Integration Initiative and have an impact in its data-related topics?
- We’re looking for an Integration Initiative Manager to:
- implement the strategy of the GCRG Tech data migration objectives in the context of the CS integration
- serve as an SME of topics such as data migration, legal entity changes, hybrid and reserve hybrid accesses, and guide business and technical stakeholders in the definition of their requirements
- collaborate with the product and technical Crews to define the integration related book of work and facilitate its execution
- leverage UBS standard PM tooling (Gitlab and Blueprint) for project maintenance
- maintain and documentation for senior management, resolve stakeholders’ conflicts and get things done
- manage a backlog of requests and queries of general interest to the integration initiative

**Your team**
- You’ll be working in the GOTO GF GCRG Integration team in Zurich or London focusing on the initiative management aspects of the GCRG integration. In this role, you will work with Crew and Chapter leads in defining milestones, making sure their scope is understood and facilitating the delivery of the Crew's book of work.

**Your expertise**
- minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, ideally in technology programs
- a degree of familiarity with data migration topics (attribute mappings, data models, data storage solutions, upstream and downstream dependencies, regulatory reporting etc.), identity access management (entitlements, geo-location), legal entities tree etc.
- good understanding of the software delivery lifecycle
- ability to create and maintain project documentation in different formats
- mastery of project management tools like Gitlab or Jira
- knowledge of minimum quality standards and audit requirements in large programs
- strong presentation and communication skills
- ability to comprehend complex ideas and translate them into clear messages and actions for large audiences
- precision, diligence and can-do attitude
