You have the opportunity to join our Integration team at Crypto Finance (Brokergae) AG, where you will work with a group of highly motivated and highly skilled professionals and be a key in the management of our proprietary trading platform..
The starting date is as soon as possible in our new office on the 24th floor of the Prime Tower in Zurich.
**Key responsibilities**
- Manage internal and external client technical integrations
- Work in close cooperation with other team members, including traders and developers
- Engage in client interaction as the technical expert, in cooperation with our sales team
- Understand client needs and translate them into business requirements
- Identify, design, measure, evaluate, execute, and monitor business and product delivery processes to ensure the highest quality of the product flow to customers
- Monitor project progress against plans, and escalate risks and issues to the Head of Integration
- Maintain priority list of next tasks, and coordinate with internal and external IT providers
- Ensure the smooth functioning of the brokerage platform, incl. both testing and shaping its development to enhance platform processes
- Be part of the company’s SDLC as business owner by validating business requirements
**Requirements**:
- BSc. or MSc. in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in front-to-back processing at a financial institution
- High attention to detail and client oriented
- Experience with OMS and trading and market data systems
- Knowledge of FIX protocol; knowledge of REST is a plus
- Background as project manager (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2) and/or product owner is a plus
- Experience with SDLC and project management tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence)
- English professional proficiency
- Knowledge of and interest in blockchain technology and/or crypto assets is advantageous
