We do that by combining our best sides. ***Manager M&A - Integrations and Separations***:Zurich | 80-100 % | Reference 4043 The SIX Post Merger Integration and Separation (PMI) team is part of the "Strategy and M&A" unit within the CFO area of SIX. The team is responsible for managing all integration and separation activities across the group wide M&A portfolio. As part of our team, you will contribute substantially to the development of SIX Group, by managing domestic and cross-border integrations and carve-outs, driving synergy realisation, as well as supporting the business throughout the complete M&A project lifecycle. You will work with a broad range of senior stakeholders, gaining immediate exposure to SIX management across the Group and in the mid - to long-term have the opportunity for further development within SIX. SIX M&A activities in the last three years included amongst others the acquisition of Bolsas y Mercados Españoles (BME), the carve-out of SIX Payment Services and subsequent strategic partnership with Worldline, as well as multiple strategic minority investments and acquisitions (e.g. Ultumus, Regis-TR, Orenda). SIX applies a 60/40 hybrid working policy, with up to 3 home working days per week. **What You Will Do**: - lead and support integration and separation projects (from start-ups to mature businesses) - define integration strategy and target operating models - quantify, plan and enable delivery of synergies - coordinate the set-up and restructuring of legal entities - prepare documents and present to internal committees for decision-making (i.a.
